一、条款
使用“应用程序”，即表示您同意接受这些使用条款、所有适用的法律和法律责任的约束，并同意您遵守任何适用的当地法律。如果您不同意这些条款中的任何课题，您将被禁止使用该应用程序。此应用程序中包含的材料受适用的版权和商标法保护。
2. 使用许可

1. Terms
By using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for complying with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you will be prohibited from using the application. The materials contained in this application are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
2. Use license
A copy of the material (information or software) is allowed to be temporarily downloaded for personal non-commercial temporary viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not the transfer of ownership. Under this license, you must not:

If you violate any of these restrictions, this license will automatically terminate and may be terminated by the app at any time. Upon termination of your viewing of these materials or termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in electronic or printed format in your possession.
3. Disclaimer
Materials in the application are provided “as is”. No warranty, express or implied, is made and all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property rights or other rights, are hereby disclaimed and denied.
In addition, APP makes no warranty or representation about the accuracy, possible results or reliability of the use of materials in the app.
4. Restrictions
In any case, Neither app nor its suppliers will be liable for any damage caused by the use or inability to use the app and the materials in the app (including but not limited to damage caused by loss of data or profits or business interruption), even if the authorized representative of APP has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. App can change the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, app does not promise to update materials.
6. Modification
App can modify these terms of use at any time without notice. By using the application, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms of use.
7. Governing law and dispute resolution
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this clause will be governed by the laws of the people’s Republic of China unless (I) any applicable additional clause incorporated into these clauses is different, or (II) the applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
Any dispute arising out of, in connection with or in connection with this agreement Disputes or claims (whether in contract, tort or otherwise), including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination, will be submitted to and finally settled by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) arbitration. The place of arbitration is Beijing. During the validity of the arbitration, the arbitration tribunal shall apply the arbitration rules of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in force at the time of arbitration. The award of the arbitration tribunal shall be final and binding on both parties.
